Huanzhe Feng is a Research Assistant in the Department of Media and Communication at City University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Master’s degree in Communication and New Media (Media Data Analytics Stream) from City University of Hong Kong and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Administrative Management and Journalism from Shenzhen University. Prior to pursuing an academic career, he worked as a journalist at Southern Daily, covering political and economic issues and producing multimedia news programs.
His research interests lie at the intersection of computational communication, digital health, and journalism. He is particularly interested in applying large language models to data analysis, exploring human-centered AI design in healthcare contexts, and examining the adoption of digital technologies among older adults and patients. His work has been presented at the IAMCR 2026 Annual Conference.
