Feihong Pan is a Ph.D. student at CityU. She obtained her master degree from the University of Lancaster University, UK, and a bachelor degree from Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau, China, with a major in Media and Communications. She specialized in psychological health communication, public relations, inter-group conflicts and ingroup communications. She has won Top Research Case Award of the Chinese Storytelling and her articles have been published in International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Journalism, and Routledge.
