Chuling Song is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Media and Communication at the City University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses on human-computer interaction (HCI) and computer-mediated communication (CMC), with particular emphasis on users’ perceptions and behaviors regarding emerging communication technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and social media platforms.
